FHnet is a collegial network of Universities of Applied Sciences that exchange information and strategically promote EU activities. Originating from the BMBF’s ‘EU-Strategie-FH’ funding programme, we share information about the results of our project and network work and examples of EU research funding from Universities of Applied Sciences throughout Germany.
The EU Strategy Project of the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt (h_da) aims to further develop the existing research-supporting structures and services of the university in the direction of EU research. It also provides information and financial support for applicants of EU-projects.

Thanks to funding from the EU-Strategie-FH programme, HTW Dresden has been able to implement an internal strategic reorganisation with an EU research strategy comprising five building blocks to systematically embed the university in the European research landscape as part of the HTWDgoesEU project.

The HNE Eberswalde and TH Wildau will build the EU Research Lab to develop innovative consulting and coordinating instruments within the structures of the EU Proposal Lab and the EU Project Lab. With these measures, prerequisites will be taken for the long-term establishment in the European Research Area.
